Payment

The ARTBYADEBISI store accepts all major credit and debit cards. Payments can also be taken via PayPal, providing a secure gateway for processing transactions.

Colour Representation

The colour in the paintings shown on this website may not represent the colours of the actual canvas prints, this depends on one’s screen calibration, ambient light and many other factors.

Shipping and Delivery:

There are currently up to 6 week delays due to COVID-19. The information below is regarding pre-coronavirus delivery times.

Shipping of canvas prints and original paintings is currently only available to UK addresses.

For canvas prints:

Production of the print: 3-4 working days

Shipping: 4-6 working days

Total delivery time: 7-10 working days

Prints are packaged using thick brown protective cardboard.

If your print has not arrived within 21 days of your purchase, please email sharonaadebisi@yahoo.co.uk.

For original paintings:

Paintings will be delivered via a tracked courier service, within 30 days of purchase. Paintings are packaged in adequate quantities of glycine paper, quality bubble wrap, A1 foam board and black parcel paper.

Refunds & Returns

Canvas prints are non refundable and non returnable. However if there is a fault in your canvas print, or if the quality of the print has been compromised, please send images of the fault to sharonaadebisi@yahoo.co.uk, within 28 days of your purchase and if applicable, a replacement print can be generated at no extra cost.

For original paintings, the buyer has 7 days after the day it is delivered to request a return via email to the artist. The painting must be in the exact condition as delivered. Once it has been fully returned, your refund will be processed.

Sharon Adebisi/ARTBYADEBISI retains all copyright and reproduction rights, including the right to claim statutory copyright of her paintings and prints. Her work may not be sketched, painted, or reproduced in any manner whatsoever without her expressed, written consent.
